Katherine Madden is an organisational change consultant helping companies to engage, collaborate and act on a broad range of sustainability issues. She works with Contrast Capital to integrate sustainable investment thinking and practices inside organisations and build skills and capabilities.
Based in Zurich, Katherine has over 20 years of experience in developing responsible business strategies and shaping multi-stakeholder platforms and collaborations. Katherine started her career in London in the international development field before spending nearly a decade at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) helping companies to embed sustainable development practices across different functions and sectors. Based in Zurich, she now runs her own company dedicated to process facilitation and making change happen with a broad range of clients including KPMG, IFC / 2030WRG, 3GF and Novo Nordisk.
Katherine is an advisor to Stockholm International Water Institute and senior Associate of The Partnering Initiative. Katherine has a BA in Human Geography from Manchester University and an MSc in Organisational Psychology.
