Cécile Biccari (née Churet) is a Managing Partner at Contrast Capital. Her main focus is on operationalising sustainable investment strategies and on building capabilities within financial institutions to integrate ESG factors in investment processes and deliver sustainability impacts.
Since 2011 Cécile has been an ongoing member of the UNPRI Reporting and Assessment Steering Committee, actively contributing to the development of the reporting tool.
Prior to Contrast Capital, she was a Sustainability Investing Client Specialist at RobecoSAM where she advised institutional investors on implementing Responsible Investment strategies across different asset classes. Previously, she was a Senior Analyst covering the industrial engineering and transportation sectors and a Sustainability Advisor at RobecoSAM. In these roles, she supported investment teams within the Robeco group in integrating sustainability insights into investment processes, fundamental analysis and investment decisions. Prior to joining RobecoSAM she was an SRI Analyst at HSBC Global Asset Management in London responsible for the implementation of the UN Principles for Responsible Investment. She started her career at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) in Geneva where she worked with large corporations on developing inclusive business models for frontier markets.
Cécile has a BSc in Government & History from the London School of Economics (LSE).
